POWER YOGA

In recent years, Power Yoga has become very popular because it is a combination of yoga styles with the energy of aerobics. That leads to weight loss, stamina building and is very famous among youngsters too.

ASHTANGA YOGA

Brought into practice by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois in 1975, this form of yoga focuses on specific sequences of yoga poses that are in one synchronised flow coupled with inhalation & exhalation exercises.

IYENGAR YOGA

This form of yoga is named after Shri BKS Iyengar. It purely focuses on alignment of postures, resulting in stress relief and greater control of body and mind

YOGA FOR KIDS

Ideally, children aged from 4 years and above can practise kids' yoga. This form of yoga is a mixture of fun & activity aimed at overall growth of the body and mind of kids. Our trainers are specially trained to ensure that kids achieve body flexibility, inner strength and body awareness, along with mind concentration and relaxation.

PRENATAL YOGA

Also known as pregnancy yoga, this type of exercise helps connect the body and mind of expectant mothers. Benefits include greater body flexibility primed for child birth, lowering of blood pressure, weight control and mood stabilisation through meditation.
