"We are primarily involved in improving the general fitness of the players through special stretching exercises, basically post match recovery sessions, as per the requirement guidelines set by team Head Coach Stephen Constantine", says Sirshank Talukdar, Co-Founder & Senior Partner of Health & Shine Yoga.
